COVID Protocol for Reopening Our Offices

Upon reopening, you will find a lot of changes in our offices.  These changes are in alignment with Governor Dewine’s mandates and recommendations from the CDC and American Optometric Association.  It is our highest priority to keep you and our employees safe.

  1. Plexiglass shields at all of the reception desks
  2. Patients and employees with cold or flu symptoms will not be allowed in the office
  3. All employees will wear masks (patients will also be asked to wear masks)
  4. All employees will check their temperature before coming to work (patients will also be asked to check their temperature before arriving)
  5. Limited patients in the waiting area to maintain social distancing
  6. Special hours for at-risk patients
  7. Thorough and frequent cleaning of the office
  8. All frames will be sterilized after each use
  9. Curbside pick-up
  10. Upon arriving to the office, patients may be asked to wait in their cars until they receive a text that it is time for their appointment

  12. Telehealth visits will be offered when possible
  13. All contact lenses will be directly shipped to patients at no charge
  14. Beverage stations will be eliminated
